Returns Policy
At Dua Dil Se, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not ordinarily accept returns or replacements once an order is delivered.
However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, you may raise a return request by contacting us within 3 hours of delivery.

with your Order ID and clear photographs of the issue.
All return or replacement requests will be reviewed and accepted solely at the discretion of Dua Dil Se.
If approved, we may offer:
Replacement
Subject to stock availability, we will replace the item with the same product.
Refund
In cases where replacement is not feasible, a refund may be processed.
Conditions for Return
To process your request, the following are mandatory:

Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact

We reserve the right to reject return requests if:

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:

Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your payment details.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made at least 48 hours before dispatch.

with your Order ID.
If approved, a full refund will be initiated.

Same-day or next-day dispatch orders cannot be cancelled

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Dispatch & Delivery Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.
Failed Delivery & Reshipping
If delivery fails due to reasons such as:

Customer unavailable after multiple attempts

Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to us.
